Read a statement of condolence on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyid Mohammed Mohammed Sadiq Al-Sadr.

Affirmed that the internal situation needs calm and repair amid the deteriorating financial, economic and security conditions, without that meaning abandoning religion and creed or ceasing to denounce American and Zionist actions. He rejected imposing a single viewpoint on fifty viewpoints, asking the presidency to address the matter.

Stressed that Iraq's and the region's conditions require not outbidding anyone on patriotism or creed, condemning the American occupation and the usurping entity and what befell the Islamic Republic of Iran, and denouncing the occupation forces' strikes against the Popular Mobilization's members.

Warned that some figures circulate untrue statements in the media and on social networking sites, and clarified that the Parliamentary Conduct Committee's competence is limited to what occurs inside the sessions, not to MPs' chat groups and what happens outside the Council.

Affirmed the duty to support the targeted legislative institution, expressed his displeasure at what happened two days earlier as unbefitting the Council, and called for mutual respect. He asked bloc leaders to communicate with all MPs, and denounced the currency of the label "new MP", calling for abandoning such language.

Demanded the Presidency Board's support to activate MPs' oversight role and stop their marginalization in the ministries and treating them like ordinary employees. (Discussion with one intervention)
