The Council of Representatives held its fourth session of the first term of the first legislative year of the sixth electoral cycle, chaired by Speaker Haibat Al-Halbousi, on Sunday, 11/1/2026, with (222) MPs in attendance. The session concluded the discussion of non-oil revenues in the presence of the heads of the tax, customs and border crossings authorities.
