Affirmed that oil belongs to all Iraqis, demanded finding multiple export outlets and obligating the Region not to obstruct exports, along with the necessity of securing employees' salaries and citizens' basic living needs.

Demanded adding an item to the agenda to vote on the post of "Mayor of Baghdad" based on prior approval from the Presidency Board.

Questioned the departments' ability to fully apply the laws, and proposed establishing federal checkpoints with broad powers to collect customs differences and address the problem of the Region's crossings' non-compliance.

Proposed setting an upper limit for committee membership (17 or 19 members) to ensure their effectiveness and avoid overcrowding in certain committees while others remain empty. (Discussion with 5 interventions)
