Held that the country faces accumulated crises rather than a single one: an exhausted economy, graduates, delayed salaries, deteriorating health, a paralysed private sector and lost revenues; called for expediting the formation of the committees to activate oversight and hold to account the executive bodies that lacked a clear plan.

Criticised the government's neglect of the Council's resolutions on health professionals and farmers' dues; called for amending the Council of Representatives Law and its formations, for not renewing confidence in failed ministers, and for halting the formation of investigative boards against personnel merely for members' requests being sidelined. Called for settling the compensation of those who donated land for building schools, water complexes and health centres in accordance with Article (35/First) of the budget and the Council of Ministers' resolution, after years of delay by the Ministry of Finance. Criticised the new electricity tariff

Demanded launching the suspended seventh batch of social assistance, and called for pressuring the Ministry of Finance to release 146 billion dinars allocated for welfare. (With one intervention)

Questioned the parties protecting major tax evaders, why e-governance is not activated at 100%, demanded knowing the volume of the lost actual revenues, and disclosing the number of corruption files referred to the judiciary.
