 The House of Representatives  held its extraordinary session under the chairmanship of the First Vice-Speaker  of the House, Mr. Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, on Saturday 18/11/2023, in the presence of (173) representatives, which included the second reading of the proposed law amending the Independent High Electoral Commission Law No. (31) of 2019.
