Qusay Abdul Wahab Abboud Ali
Qusay Al-Suhail is a member of the Iraqi National Coalition and a member of Al-Ahrar bloc. He was born in 1965 in Al-Basrah province and obtained a doctorate degree. He nominated to the election in the province of Baghdad and got 8538 votes and was one of the winners in the list. He was nominated to be the first deputy of the chairman of the Parliament and got 235 votes out of 295.

The Iraqi Parliament Monitor has finished the monthly report on the work of the Iraqi Council of Representatives for June 2013. The report has been published on the Monitor website, noting that the report included only three sessions which are the beginning of the first legislative term for the fourth year.
