On (19/1/2025), the House of Representatives held its second session of the first legislative term of the fourth legislative year of the fifth electoral cycle under the chairmanship of Speaker of the House of Representatives Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, in the presence of (167) Representatives, and the session included:

-The Taqaddum parliamentary bloc expressed its thanks to the Presidency of the House for responding to the request to include a vote on the draft general amnesty law in the agenda of next Tuesday's session.

-Vote on the draft law of the National Intelligence Service, submitted by the Security and Defense Committee.

-The first reading of the draft law regulating service wages in centrally funded state departments and its follow-up submitted by the Services and Reconstruction Committee.

-Completion of the first reading of the proposed law on the first amendment to the Federal Import Allocation Control Authority Law No. (55) of 2017 submitted by the Finance Committee.

-First reading of the draft law regulating minority rights and preventing discrimination submitted by the Human Rights Committee.

It was then decided to adjourn the session.
