Session Details
On (3/6/2024), the House of Representatives held its twenty-seventh session of the first legislative term of the third legislative year of the fifth electoral cycle, headed by First Vice-Speaker Mr. Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, in the presence of (199) Representatives, and the session included:
-Voting on the schedules of the Federal Budget Law No. (13) of 2024 as amended and its annexes tables (A, B, C, D, E, and F), based on the provisions of Article (59) II of the Constitution and Article (77) II of the Federal Budget Law No. (13) of 2023 for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025, and Article (4) II of the amended Financial Management Law No. (6) of 2019, and approving the estimates of the general budget tables for the year 2024 and its annexes and deficit financing tables, and granting the Council of Ministers the authority to transfer the amount of (2) trillion dinars of the investment budget allocations to the ministries and their addition to the regional development allocations for the governorates that are not organized in a region and distributed according to the population ratios and poverty rates in each governorate.
