On (15/11/2023), the House of Representatives held its exceptional session of the second legislative term of the second legislative year of the fifth electoral cycle, headed by Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, in the presence of (172) representatives, and the session included:
-Voting on Judge Najm Abdullah Ahmed as Head of Public Prosecution and Judge Laith Jabr Hamza as Chairman of the Judicial Supervision Authority, based on the nomination of the Supreme Judicial Council
